Hello, I assumed that purchasing the Gold Pass train tickets on your website meant that I would receiving Gold Pass train tickets, but that was not the case. I have been emailing with HeadOut to at least receive a partial refund-- as Gold Pass tickets were not included when all was said and done-- but I'm having difficulties with that as well. Any assistance to rectify this issue would be appreciated. Soo Chen

Loved the whole experience. The cable car over the rainforest with a very helpful forest guide Hamish. Enjoyed the butterflies at the sanctuary and the koala at the koala garden, loved that they were awake. The train ride back was brilliant too.

The Cairns Aquarium was beautifully maintained, and it was such a wonderful experience to relax in a comfortable lounge chair while watching the fish gracefully swim by. The tranquil atmosphere and the gentle movement of the sea creatures made it easy to lose track of time. It truly felt like a peaceful escape into an underwater world.
