Hello, I assumed that purchasing the Gold Pass train tickets on your website meant that I would receiving Gold Pass train tickets, but that was not the case. I have been emailing with HeadOut to at least receive a partial refund-- as Gold Pass tickets were not included when all was said and done-- but I'm having difficulties with that as well. Any assistance to rectify this issue would be appreciated. Soo Chen

Loves both the gondola and train. Would upgrade to gold class on the train next time for comfort. Well organised with clear instructions.
The Skyrail was fantastic the train ride was equally amazing
Loved the whole experience. The cable car over the rainforest with a very helpful forest guide Hamish. Enjoyed the butterflies at the sanctuary and the koala at the koala garden, loved that they were awake. The train ride back was brilliant too.
I thought this was a package that included wildlife, bbq lunch, army dick tour etc but I realise it only covered sky rail and rail tickets. I called a few time asking for a refund but no response. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was a great experience from the start , the staff that looked after our carriage were great . The food supplied through the journey was extremely good , not too much , but just the right amount . I would highly recommend going for the Gold options. The views on the way up were also spectacular and the stop on the way up was in the best place . Just a great experience.

Pleasant boat trip and freedom to do own snorkeling session and we saw fish snd turtles. A bit of organisation problems with change of pier and lunch pickup time not too professional.
Great day all round, glass bottom boat and Fitzroy Island, seemed to be very well organised. One problem which was resolved by the staff at the Cairns Reef Terminal was that we had purchased lunch and this hadn't been ordered by Headout. the staff at the terminal were able to organise for this to happen. Lucky we had arrived early or we may have missed out!
The ferry ride was great. The walk to Nudey Beach was great, toilet facility particularly the men's was a bit ordinary, otherwise can't complain
Headout was very good, simple and straightforward. There was an initial delay due to some technicality, and then the actual ticket went into Junkmail for a while, causing me some nervousness about whether Headout was a scam, but, when I found it there, the ticket and directions for meeting the boat were fine.
The trip out was rough Luckily I already taken sea sickness tablets The lunch was fresh & healthy & not bad value The glass bottom boat trip was disappointing The water further out was turbulent & we saw not much The driver gave up & returned to the beach A half day , when the boat arrives late for a 10.45 trip is too short

The ferry ride was great but Weather conditions and not sure if I was charged twice for Snorkel and no glass bottom boat. Not enough Lockers on the island so had to take bag in the rain and no safe place to put my personal items. The water conditions were not ideal for snorkelling should have done something different but no staff mentioned before hand.
The cruise itself and glass bottom boat tour were the best.
